Today our creative resources embrace the skills of architects, 3D and 2D designers, film makers, journalists, creative technologists, bloggers and social media experts, art directors and copy writers and creative strategists... all trying to imagine a more creative future for our clients and for ourselves.

We transform business through creativity

There is only so long that a business or a consumer brand can be slimmed down, re-engineered, streamlined, out-sourced or procurement reviewed. Sooner or later the removal of waste has to be replaced by the addition of value. That's where we come in. The ability to create ideas and opportunities that in turn create profits.

Wherever you look in the consumer world, brands are increasingly valued by the experiences they offer, not by the messages they project. Sceptical consumers don’t want to listen to what brands say, they want to experience how they behave.
We have moved from the world of USP (unique selling proposition) to UExP (unique experience proposition). At Imagination we are experts in creating experiences for brands that create more memories than any message.

Independent for over 40 years

Inspired by our founder Gary Withers, we are an independent organisation in every sense. Commercially we serve no group objectives nor sister companies, nor shared corporate overhead.

Lisa initiates and implements innovative thinking across platforms and helps to ensure that our creative vision is maintained from concept through to delivery.With over 17 years of experience within the architectural and experiential industries, Lisa has worked on an extensive array of brand experiences and built environments, both locally and globally, for clients such as Harley-Davidson, Cisco, IBM, Nissan, Ford, Bentley, Panasonic, Bally, Levis Strauss, Diageo and Telstra. Lisa is a mum and has a weakness for fabulous accessories and unique collectibles. She is also a keen renovator, having salvaged several inner city dwellings and refuses to succumb to a relaxed family existence in the suburbs.

As a GM, Heath is responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring seamless creative, strategic and production delivery across all channels.

As a GM, Heath is responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring seamless creative, strategic and production delivery across all channels.Heath has a diverse career history, ranging from Account Service to Planning and finally into a Creative Director role. He has worked in a project management and creative capacity on advertising, branding, direct, digital and experiential projects for a range of multi-national clients such as Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, AMP, American Express, Coca-Cola, Diageo and Budweiser. Heath is a keen music fan and collects guitars, none of which he plays particularly well.

David constantly looks to engage customers and consumers by developing highly conceptual and innovative work through any given channel.A former Art Director at Microsoft London, David most recently spent three years with AKQA London where he achieved worldwide recognition for ground-breaking global digital campaigns, including Nike Bootcamp, Nike Football+, and Nike Training Club. David once appeared in the 1980's Australian dating show ‘Perfect Match’, and has spent his successive years attempting to recapture the intoxicating allure of fame.

Angela is responsible for managing the client service team and client relationships across the agency

with particular focus on the Commonwealth Bank account. She has recently returned from 8 years in London where she worked with a number of clients, including British Airways, Tesco, Nestle, Unilever, Nissan and Goldman Sachs. Angela has a keen eye for fashion and has recently become a little obsessed with Pilates.

Nash heads up a skilled team of engineers and digital producers to ensure the delivery of robust technical solutions for our clients.

He brings over 10 years of experience in the digital business. In his senior technical positions at digital powerhouses Razorfish and AKQA, Nash delivered multi-million dollar solutions for some of the world’s best known brands, including Nike, Nokia, Warner Brothers, Schweppes, and UK giants O2, Orange, Sainsbury’s and Sky. In years past, Nash moonlighted as a signed record producer and DJ, with appearances on national radio (JJJ Mixup), with record releases and compilation releases on both Australian and UK record labels. He is currently exploring his newfound passion for computational / algorithmic art using processing.

Alistair has built a reputation for delivering world-class experiences through a diverse range of projects, including launch events, exhibitions, interactive and digital activations.

He joined Imagination London in 1998 as a production manager. Over his time with the company the breadth of his expertise and responsibilities has grown to include managing client relationships and providing creative leadership for major projects. His career path ensures that he can deliver an integrated approach with strategically-driven solutions. Alistair was integral to the establishment of Imagination's Hong Kong and Shanghai offices and in 2010 he moved to Australia to spearhead growth in the region and to establish Imagination Melbourne in 2011. Alistair once saved the life of a Hollywood A-list actor, and even after constant questioning is keeping his identity a secret!

Mark is responsible for the executive management of all operations across the region, as well as the expansion and growth of Imagination into new markets.

Mark is responsible for the executive management of all operations across the region, as well as the expansion and growth of Imagination into new markets.

Having successfully launched the Imagination brand in Australia, Mark was appointed CEO for Asia Pacific in 2009. Since then he has been the architect of a regional expansion that has included the launching of Imagination in China, Singapore and India as well as our on-going growth in Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. In his limited free time, Mark is a keen art enthusiast, collector, theatre-goer and spa visitor.
